Returns and Exchanges


If you have received your order and you are not entirely happy with it, we are very sorry to hear that.

Please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your product, to ensure a refund can be provided. If there has been damage in transport/delivery please also provide photos as proof. 

You are responsible for getting the package and products back to us, so please ensure you have tracking details attached to your correspondence as to eliminate further issues, such as orders/products getting lost. Item/s need to be in the condition that they were received in or no refunds will be processed.

Items purchased on sale or discounted cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

As products are made to order we do not exchange or refund for change of mind. As per advice from Consumer Affairs Victoria. Please be understanding in this situation we are a small home business that make to order. We endeavor to make sure all products go out in perfect condition and will package everything to eliminate breaking as much as we can.
